The Periodic Element Guys are proud to present 99.9% Pure Beryllium Foil element sample in a peguys periodic element tile, custom made for you. Each tile comes with a JMOL color coded label on the reverse displaying all the essential periodic element information. (atomic number, element symbol, and atomic mass). We have produced an entire range of elements in different mediums protected in our unique airtight acrylic tiles.
The size of these tiles is 29mm x 26mm (1- and 1/8-inch x 1 inch).
The pictures are a sample, You will get a minimum of guaranteed weight size.
Caution! Beryllium is very dangerous in powder or particle form! These tiles will come with a glass seal tape and must not be opened!
Beryllium is very light and their foils are used among other things in X rays and are extremely expensive. Chemsavers sells a 25mm x25mm Beryllium foil for $700. Thats around $100 per square cm. We were lucky and got it slightly cheaper. The foil is Guaranteed to be a minimum of 8 x 15mm.
